The idea for the project in Bodvaszilas occurred by thinking about history of this area. Often wars and disasters caused famines and privation as houses were burnt and people got homeless. In interviews I collected stories about what happened and later I got ashes from households of the interviewed which I spread on the floor. A bridge made of used parts of old houses allows to walk on the ash field and think about the past.
