2011-nooshin naficy 'Requiem for Zayande rood's (river)birds-Gavkhoni marshland-Isfahan

This performance project carried out un three locations near the Gavkhooni marshland, the terminal basin of the Zayanderood river, in the fall of 2011.  Gavkhooni has been a major habitat for birds and animals throughout the years, but recently it has been almost completely destroyed due to draughts and poor water managment.

This performance is an elegy for the birds of Zayanderood.
